Gran RU Pori- contemporary acoustic wall panel collage
DESIGN
Gran RU Pori is an impressive, new kind of acoustic wall panel collage inspired by the Finnish tufted rug tradition. In the Pori collage, the visual world of Finnish and Scandinavian traditional handicraft, sustainable materials and innovative processing methods are combined. Gran RU Pori creates a strong visual impact wherever it is placed.
The Pori collage consists of six panels, measuring up to a total of 2430 x 1760 x 40 mm (HxWxD).
The graphic 3D pattern consists of hundreds of x’s, which are carefully either impressed or raised from the surface of the panel.

The Gran RU Collection is designed by Wilhelmiina Kosonen.

Materials
The acoustic material of the panels is surface peat moss, a 100% ecological Finnish patented innovation that is acoustically ultra effective (absorption Class A). The material has pleasant, organic and unique visual texture. There is literally a piece of Finnish nature in each panel.
INSTALLATION
For each panel there is a mounting strip fastened to the wall with two screws. The mounting system maximizes the acoustic effect by creating a 25 mm air gap between the panels and the wall.
USE AND LIMITATIONS
The Gran RU PORI is equally suitable for offices, private homes and public spaces. The material has CE marking and M1 classification for indoor air quality. To minimize chemical strain on the environment there are no added fire retardants in the panels. The product is classified as a decorative element in spaces with restrictive fire class regulations. If needed please confirm the meeting of local fire requlations based on these guidelines.
MAINTENANCE
The Gran RU Collection panels require minimal maintenance. In the case of extensive dust collection, please use a vacuum cleaner with textile nozzle.
